Omni – All Around Food

At OMNI, you'll find 100% sourdough bread, cakes, cookies and pies, quiche, soup, spreads, pâtés, and more. We produce everything ourselves, seasonally, organically, and locally, with a focus on taste and quality, without artificial additives. We also sell products from our local suppliers: like-minded and passionate farmers, fruit and vegetable growers, coffee roasters, and cheese and dairy makers (and thus no wholesalers).

OMNI was founded by Dorien and Monique, both driven by a deep passion for food, from sourcing and production to sharing it with others. In March 2020, we opened our micro-bakery, food shop, and lunch café OMNI – all around food in the Ebbingekwartier in Groningen. Since November 15, 2023, our lunch café has been closed indefinitely. The shop remains open from Wednesday to Saturday, and private gatherings and catering are still possible.

Our approach is personal and conscious. All our dishes and products are made on our own premises to guarantee the shortest path from field to table. We have direct contact with farmers, growers, cheesemakers, and other specialists to offer the best local products at an affordable price. As befits OMNI, there is always a plant-based, vegetarian, and meat option.
