Eight years ago, Frank and Nicole, in their early twenties, had a dream: a beautiful workplace for people with intellectual disabilities or those distanced from the labor market in the center of Groningen. This is how Brownies&downieS came into being. At Brownies&downieS, you can enjoy a delicious lunch, high tea, soups, salads, and of course, brownies. Quality is of paramount importance here. The stars who work at Brownies&downieS are involved in all facets of the restaurant. They work in the kitchen, behind the bar and cash register, in service, and with washing dishes and cleaning. With the right guidance, so much is possible!
