In the webshop you will find the Lutje Local Gift Card. You are purchasing from Stichting Lutje Lokaal. The following terms and conditions apply.

Terms and conditions

These conditions apply to the gift card issued by Stichting Lutje Lokaal. By using the gift card, you accept the product conditions below and commit yourself to complying with them.

1. These conditions apply to all gift cards issued by Lutje Lokaal, in whatever physical or digital form.
2. The digital gift card has a minimum value of €12.50 and any desired value beyond that, and is provided with a unique 16-digit code and QR code. Only original gift cards can be redeemed. Damaged or otherwise unusable cards cannot be spent or exchanged. In case of loss, theft or unauthorised use by third parties of this unique code, no compensation or replacement will be provided. Contact us in these cases to discuss the options.
3. The gift card can be spent in multiple transactions and is not redeemable for cash. The remaining balance is also under no circumstances redeemable for money.
4. Each gift card is valid for two years from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the gift card can no longer be used. The validity period can be checked via the balance checker at benelux.ccvconnect.eu. After these two years, all claims to the balance on the gift card expire.
5. The balance and issue date of the gift card can be found via the balance checker at benelux.ccvconnect.eu. The date shown there is leading for the validity.
6. In case of (attempted) fraud and/or misuse of the gift card, including attempting to redeem the gift card through falsification, a report will be filed immediately with the judicial authorities and Stichting Lutje Lokaal is fully entitled to recover its full damages.
7. Cash payment for (multiple) gift vouchers is not possible.
8. Stichting Lutje Lokaal is not a party to the purchase agreement between the user of the gift card and the relevant participating entrepreneur. Stichting Lutje Lokaal is not responsible for the purchase of products bought by a user of the gift card from a relevant participating entrepreneur. Reference is made to the conditions of the relevant participating entrepreneur.
9. Stichting Lutje Lokaal may amend these conditions. It is advisable to consult these conditions before each use.
10. The affiliated entrepreneurs where the gift card can be redeemed may be adjusted at any time. No rights can be derived from the offer visible on the website at any given time or printed in any way.
11. In the event of force majeure, Stichting Lutje Lokaal may suspend the redemption of the gift card for an indefinite period.
12. We do our utmost to inform you correctly, but it may happen that information in our webshop is accidentally incorrect. As soon as we notice this, we will correct the information. If delivery times are mentioned, this is an indication; it may happen that your order arrives later or earlier.
13. If you are not satisfied with the purchase of the Lutje Local Gift Card, you can file a complaint. You can let us know in writing that you are not satisfied. We would also like to hear what you consider a good solution to the problem. We will then be happy to consult with you about the complaint and a possible solution. If we cannot reach a solution together, you can contact the Stichting Geschillencommissies voor Consumentenzaken (Consumer Disputes Committee Foundation).
